About The Adelphi Theatre

The Adelphi theatre sits on the famous Strand in the heart of London's West End. The art deco façade looks unassuming enough but appearances can be deceptive – it seats an impressive 1500 or so audience members over three different levels. Because the venue is right in the centre of the theatre district there's plenty to do before and after the show including excellent restaurants, clubs, bars and cafes. So it's a simple matter to add an extra touch of glamour and excitement to your evening or afternoon, topped off by great public transport links.

Cast interaction is exceptional.
I have seen other 'goes wrong' plays and, as was the case with them, I fully recommend everyone to see The Comedy about Spies. The comedy content was side splitting and a testament to the actors skills and timing.

Great fun and very well written
I loved this show. I have seen a few of their plays (Peter Pan and Bank Robbery) and this on is consistently funny, silly and clever. The story is really good and believable around all the crazy stuff happening. You care about the characters. The ending is satisfying. I had a lovely time. Thank you Cornley Players!
