The Adelphi theatre is on The Strand, just down the road from the famous Covent Garden market and a hop, skip and jump away from a number of tube stations, with the nearest being Charing Cross, also a main line rail station. Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations are all within a five to ten minute walk. The theatre is close to numerous bus routes that run down the Strand, Aldwych and around Trafalgar Square.
The Adelphi sits inside the city's Congestion Charge Zone. It applies between 6am and 7 in the evening, weekdays but not bank holidays. Driving in the area during those times costs £10 a day.
Good news if you want to save money on parking your car – the theatre is part of the brilliant Q Park Scheme, which gives you 50% off parking charges when you get your parking ticket stamped at the theatre.
The nearest participating car park is the 24hr Q Park Chinatown Car Park (20 Newport Place, WC2H 7PR). Parking costs £18 for up to 3hrs and £24 for 4hrs, but you'll cut that in half when you get your ticket validated.
