Lee Mead: Twenty Years in Technicolour

Lee Mead: Twenty Years in Technicolour is an anniversary concert at the Adelphi Theatre, the venue where Lee Mead played Joseph after winning the BBC series Any Dream Will Do in 2007. With a live band, and perhaps some surprise guests, he performs songs from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, We Will Rock You, The Phantom of the Opera, Sister Act and Barnum, together with songs made famous by George Michael, Tony Bennett and Bruno Mars, and shares the stories behind them.

Mead's stage credits include Fiyero in Wicked, Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde at the Savoy Theatre, Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on tour and Prince Charming in Cinderella at the London Palladium, and television viewers know him as nurse Ben 'Lofty' Chiltern in the BBC's Casualty and Holby City. Twenty years after his breakthrough, this concert brings his career back to the stage where it started.
